To attract something, you need to focus on it for a while, not like instant noodles that fix hunger in two minutes. Life isn’t that simple. But once you get into doing something regularly, unexpected good things start happening. I’ve seen this a lot.

If you don’t have enough money to achieve something right now, let’s manifest and attract the outcome you desire.

Your Question is : I want money.

My question is ? Why do you want money?

Then what would be your answer? Think for about 1–2 minutes.

………..???

Still thinking or too much of a list?

You just thought about money, right? Then you start manifesting money. That’s usually what we do. But that’s not the technique.

You just thought about an object. The object is money. Instead of manifesting money, manifest the result you want to achieve using that money.

Let me tell you more in an easier way.

  1. Take a piece of paper.
  2. Draw a circle in the middle of the paper.
  3. Write your name inside it using your favourite colour pen.
  4. On the left side of the circle, list why you need money. For example, instead of writing ‘I want money to invest, write ‘Money for the first investment”
  5. On the right side of the circle, write down the list of emotions you would feel when everything on your list comes true. For example, “once I’ve made my first investment, I feel so victorious, powerful, and relaxed etc.
  6. Before you sleep, close your eyes and start a few slow breathing patterns a few times.
  7. “Afterwards, imagine how you’d act when your dreams come true. Feel the emotions you wrote on the right side of the circle. For example, try feeling enthusiastic and joyful after making the investment.

Don’t focus on the thing itself. Picture how you’ll feel and behave. Practice this daily.Because practicing something is how we teach our minds new habits. If we don’t practice, we’ll slip back to our old ways of thinking and feeling empty.

This explains the psychology of manifesting. Without forcibly suppressing our current thought process, it’s about adopting a new idea and turning it into a habit.

Our daily habits are already set. Look at our morning routine. It’s automatic: wake up, bathroom, kitchen for coffee etc.

Introducing a new habit feels good, but making it stick is tough. So practicing helps us change them. It also needs time and patience.

Remember, dreams take time. You don’t know when or how they’ll happen. Be patient and trust the process.

You’re welcome to share your experience with this practice. I am developing personalised mindfulness and manifesting plans based on my own experiences to address people’s needs. So let’s work together on challenges.

Let the universe bring you wealth, health, and abundance.
